Work visit of Chairman Mr Van Gils to Merwe-Vierhavens

During a work visit of Chairman of the Port executive committee Mr Van Gils to Merwe-Vierhavens, the chairman visited De Werkplaats. This former fruit storage is currently being renovated by Port of Rotterdam into a work space for innovative manufacturing industries.

Royal Roos will be moving to De Werkplaats beginning of 2020 where it will have modern office spaces, a workshop of 1.000 m2 and quay side available for mobilizations and project support.

The workshop will be partly occupied by the industrial CFAM 3D prime printer of Royal3D, which will move there Q1 of 2020. This impressive printer is currently still in Delft where it is fully occupied with 3D printing jobs, while builder CEAD is working on the final optimization of the printer.

Fulko Roos, owner of Royal Roos, was given the opportunity to inform Mr Van Gils of the plans and expected developments of the company at the new location.
